On May 13, 2005, the Senate failed HOUSE CONCURRENT                                                 
RESOLUTION NO. 19(fld S) Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and                                     
42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning                                    
Senate Bill No. 130, relating to workers compensation, and the                                      
resolution was engrossed and returned to the House for permanent                                    
filing.
